Spooky Snacks and Healthy Halloween Treats

Hello, Everyone. Happy What I Ate Wednesday and Happy Halloween!!  I am sharing my meals from Tuesday. I am very busy with school right now, so my meal are quick and simple. Thank you to Jenn a Peas and Crayons for hosting the WIAW!

Hope you have more treats than tricks today! Have a Spooky Halloween. 🙂

This is what I ate:

Breakfast (7:30am)

I started the day with coffee and my sweet husband made me a cheese omelette with avocado.

Lunch (11:30am)

A green salad topped with egg salad, tuna salad and chicken salad at the Orange Tree Deli. This was my first visit to this deli and I know it will not be my last.

PM Snacks (2:00pm)

Peanut Butter Puffins.

Dinner (5:30pm)

A homemade steak salad. YUM!

Dessert (7:00pm)

Baked apple slices with honey, cinnamon and nutmeg topped with fat free ricotta cheese. Very Tasty! 🙂

Thank you for stopping by. I hope your day was full of healthy meals!

  1. Yum, your dessert looks amazing. I sometimes slice up a cinnamon apple on top of my apple oatmeal but have never had it just like that. I bet it would taste delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top…
    Happy WIAW!!!

  2. How sweet that your husband made you breakfast! I love your mug and I LOVE the look of dessert!!

  3. I could eat omlets all day long. <3 them! I think your steak salad looks better than the restaurant salad.

  4. Girl, you had an awesome day of meals. Between the delicious sounding omelette your man made you, and both dinners.. I’m completely jealous 🙂

  5. Looks like a wonderful day! PB puffins are the perfect afternoon snack. Have you ever tried the plain ones? I thought I wouldn’t like them, but they’re so great!

  6. CONRATS on being 1st 🙂

I would definitely visit that restaurant again too. That salad is huge and looks really good! Love the looks of that steak salad. And that dessert sounds just right. A baked apple sounds pretty good right now.

  7. I love baked apples! So delicious!

  8. Wow! Everything you ate yesterday looks seriously so good!
